Best grinder for espresso under $100?

Title says it all.

edit: guess not. Looking for an electric one.

The one's I've seen so far that might fit the bill are:

http://www.amazon.com/Bodum-Bistro-Electric-Coffee-Grinder/dp/B0043095WW/ref=sr_1_1?s=home-garden&ie=UTF8&qid=1322802904&sr=1-1

Any input on either of these?
