What are some realistic visual definitions of a legitimate six-pack

I can't believe for all the talk about "six-pack this" and "six-pack that" on the internet there is no visual definition of what it is! All the pictures are of fitness models in competition form, which is hardly a worthwhile goal for 99% of the people out there.

There are literally thousands of programs, pills, diets, exercise, apps, books, videos, apparel, and other crap that is supposed to get you to a six-pack. My question is, what does it look like when you get there? Are we really supposed to feel like we have not achieved our perceived goal because we do not look like a professional competitive bodybuilder at 4% bodyfat, huge ab muscles, and completed dehydrated? This is a cruel way to work towards a better body. What does a realistic goal for a six-pack look like?

Does this qualify in the real world? My trainer's skin-fold test put me at 7.5%bf (which I don't really believe), 164lbs 5'9". This is a cold flex, first thing in the morning. http://imgur.com/oTcqQ

So what do you think, can this be called a six pack?
