Can I download SimCity 4 Deluxe Edition from Origin and send it to my girlfriend as a gift via email?

Hey fellow Redditors,

I am trying to get my girl a digital copy of SimCity 4 right now. I have it in my card and ready to check out of the Origin website but I was wondering if I could have her download it instead?
