Does anyone else feel like depression and drug abuse are a bit of an elephant in the room when it comes to radical communities.

There seems to be radical groups for pretty much everything out there under the sun other than this. I personally know a lot of fellow anarchists who struggle with these kinds of issues. The only support networks that I'm aware of are expensive therapy and groups like AA, both often come from an intolerant religious background and are probably not accepting of a lot of things that we radicals take for granted. I was thinking of trying to get a group going locally, but I have no idea what to base it off and I don't really have any practical knowledge of how to do it. Does anybody have any experience or know of a group that has existed like this?
