[US][A][Stormrage] <Go Next> 3\10M LF All roles Prog to CE

<Go Next> (US-Stormrage) is a guild formed by a group of friends driven to see the hardest raiding content that WoW has to offer. We're on a 4-hour weekly schedule, and seek to maintain a positive, efficient, and focused raid environment. Our main goal is to attract raiders that are hungry for self-improvement, and eager to clear content on an efficient schedule.

We are looking to bolster the roster as we continue to progress through Castle Nathria for the remainder of 9.0.5. The end goal is Cutting Edge, but we also realize that is something we need to work hard to earn together. It'll take our combined effort to achieve what we want. If you're excited to be part of that journey -- we want to have you with us!

Requirements

• Drive for self improvement- Each member of our core raid team is expected to have a personal hunger to improve as a player. Leadership will always be around to help each member analyze their performance to hit higher levels of play, but we expect this to be primarily driven by each raider's personal desire to grow.
• Preparedness- Raiding on a four-hour schedule requires a high degree of efficiency and preparedness. We will provide for flasks and food but bringing weapon enchants are a must!
• Consistency- We are all relying on each other to progress through raid, so we expect a certain level of consistency each week out of our team. This means and practicing your class outside of raid so you can improve and grow.

Current Class Needs
