Never Trust the Talking Cat: Story Notes and subscribe to my stories

This one was inspired by my love of the furry four legged beasts (I have two of my own, I'll share pics on the sub one of these days).    

This story kind of just popped into my head (the set-up at least) after I saw a statue on a neighbor's front porch.  It was a cat sitting cross legged with it’s legs overhanging the railing.  I don't know why but this just tickled me for some reason and got me thinking about this story.   

I know, I'm weird.
