Surgery Update with Elist

Had my surgery with Elist on Tuesday (5/4/21). As expected, he is very busy and goes through everything pretty quick. He mentioned he gave me a XL/XLong. I do have a large suprapubic area and he wanted me to loose it in 6 months (diet, fitness). With this, he decided to do the scrotum incision to bypass any complications of the pubic fat. Pre op, my penis flaccid was always different sizes depending on temp, situation, positioning, what I’m wearing. The day of surgery when Elist does the initial sizing manipulation of my penis, it was at its smallest state lol. He said I had a buried penis with tight ligament. He pulled the head of the penis out and said he’ll bring my flaccid penis to that length with added girth from the implant. After this I signed a lot more papers and went off to the surgery center.

I know measurements are a big thing here but I will check to see what the measurements the dr took down cause I don’t remember when he sized me up. I will measure tomorrow for post op flaccid as I don’t want to mess around with the Urowrap or touching the penis too much. Measurements will come soon. Pictures on next post.

Notes from post waking up from surgery:

Day of: Tuesday

• felt nausea from post up and all evening til about 8pm.
• Threw up all my food and water up until 8pm.
• Felt sleepy every-time I laid on the bed.
• Pain was not as bad as I expected. It was manageable.
• I iced my area all night until bed time.
• Slept about 5-6 hours. Don’t think any errections woke me up in pain.
• Urinating did not hurt but sucked because all of the gauze and sleeping with pee on that gauze. Felt a little dirty.

Day after surgery: Wednesday

• was able to eat and drink water and take my meds.
• Pain is sore and discomfort. Not in a lot of pain to where I can’t walk or move.
• heading to post op appointment
• At appointment Dr took the gauze off and switched to Urowrap.
• Penis head is sensitive to the touch.
• Putting Ice on area per docs request.
• Urinating regularly but haven’t had any bowel movement

Day two post op: Thursday

• finally had bowel movement but it was difficult to find position on the seat with the tube, jock strap and few pinches on the side of penis.
• Sleep last night was not too bad slept from about 10:00pm-4:00amPDT. Didn’t go back to sleep cause I didn’t want to risk a nightmare erection. I had taken a Tylenol and Clonazepam before bed.
• Had another check in appointment. Doc said everything looked good but wanted me to drink lots of water to clear up the draining tube to hopefully have removed tomorrow.
• They took the Urowrap off and replaced it with a new one and sent me off.
• Still icing throughout the day.
• So far today has been okay but just discomfort walking. The tip of my head is sensitive when rubbing against my boxers so I walk slow to minimize that as possible.
• In the hotel room laying down, drinking water, eating and taking medications.
