New Game Plus
I have a question, if I beat the game on Normal, do New Game + and go up to Hardcore, would I be able to start another New Game + when I beat it?

Yeah you should be able to keep doing new game+ after subsequent playthroughs. Most of the unlockable content is in the content shop which I think carries across all playthroughs, new game+ or not.
