Door dash order from HELL

Okay so today pretty much sucked ass. One order ruined my mood for the whole day. I don’t know if this has happened to anyone else but I hope someone can relate. I decided to grab a couple orders while I was on my way home. I did one order with no problems. Then I see a second order pop up with super low distance and a pretty good pay out (for the distance I originally thought) I got a weird feeling about it but I took it anyway. Everything at the restaurant goes well and I get back in my car and begin the delivery, only the address the customer put was the address of the restaurant I was at. She put the directions to her actual address in the additional directions box and instead of a minute away her address was 35 FUCKING MINUTES AWAY. Not to mention in a whole other county than where I was AND in a pretty sketchy city. I immediately contacted dasher support and told them I refused to deliver this order because 1. The customer so clearly lied about her address because she knew nobody would take her shitty $6 tip, 35 minute drive order and 2. I didn’t feel safe delivering to that area. The dasher representative was super nice and (I thought) helped me with my problem and canceled the order for me. I was annoyed at the situation but I was like whatever at least I get free food? About 10 minutes pass and I get a call from the customer saying the order was marked as delivered and she wanted TO KNOW WHERE HER FOOD WAS. Ummmm in my car still..? I didn’t know what to say on the spot so I just tried to play it off like she had the wrong number and I didn’t know what she was talking about. I told her that I drive for door dash and if she contacted support she could get a full refund or have her order reinstated but I was still confused as to why dasher support marked the order as delivered when it clearly wasn’t? And i made myself super clear that I wasn’t going to deliver it. Anyway the woman ends the call by saying “fine i’ll call customer support...... fucking bitch.” 🙄 and I was like whatever i’m over it.

THIS WOMAN PROCEEDS TO CALL MY PHONE 10 MORE TIMES HARASSING THE FUCK OUT OF ME. I didn’t respond so she kept using different numbers to call me after I blocked each one. I was getting pretty freaked out at this point that she was going to such lengths to contact me. I messaged support again explaining the situation and the second support person said the original person marked it as delivered and that he would refund the customer and send her order back out to the active orders. As for the customer harassing me there was nothing he could do. He said he would try to call her but I doubt he ever did. After the 3rd number being blocked I guess she gave up but i’m still genuinely creeped out by the whole situation. I get it. You’re frustrated that you didn’t have your food that you tipped a whole $6 on for over an hour round trip but bruh.... did you have to call me 10+ times to try to bitch me out? I just don’t understand some people....
