Hey so to start off I’m a really big fan of the paranormal and always wanted to go investigate a haunted place! I also got some friends who would make a group with me sadly we don’t Know what gear would be good for us starters. What are your recommendations and what was your first gear?

And as far as gear goes, there's a lot. I would say get an evp recorder. There is a website https://ghosthuntersequipment.com/ where I would recommend a psb11. Very simple straight forward tools. I haven't gotten any of their cameras but they have some good reviews. These can be expensive but even if you just get an evp recorder off of Amazon, I've caught some great evidence using this.
I’d agree stick to audio and video to back it up. Too many toys out there for immediate satisfaction.
Exactly. So many are unnecessary and for show. It's the simple stuff that yields the best results
