"This cyanide will stop your cells from utilizing oxygen, sure, but this does not mean that cyanide causes death."

All of these fact checking sites know most people only look at the result and not what was actually said. They massage the data and word it in such a way that makes their verdict technically true, while at the same time being egregiously false if you just read the 2 paragraphs.

It's really devious. Taking advantage of ignorance on purpose is fairly evil.

yeah I still remember how they 'debunked' hillary's deletion of e-mails from her private server. it was something along the lines of "false because she didn't do that herself but ordered someone on her staff to do something which would effectively result in that".

what.the.shit.

Nuance. Her ovaries will still work, but her uterus will not be suitable for implantation of a fertilized egg.

It sounds better when it's said like this... your insides may become a rocky place where seed can find no purchase.

So I skimmed several articles on what the difference between sterility and infertility is, and the gist of it is while the two are colloquially used synonymously, sterility is permanent while infertility is conditional.

Seems like splitting hairs over semantics, but this is Spopes we're talking about here. There's no semantic too pedantic as long as they can make it fit their narrative.

Splitting hairs over semantics is what "fact checkers" do.
