Bullshit. If Valve adds a code to ban every player who look down %99 of the time, Cheat makers will realize this pretty quickly and change the anti aim settings to not look down with 90 degree angle all the time. Also this wont touch if you dont use anti aim at all.
I laugh at people who thinks dealing with cheats is easy as he speaks.
