Driving Precautions with Stripped Down Class C Shell

Question: If one drives a completely stripped down (imagine what a cargo van looks like new) Class C RV (ie. Toyota Dolphin/Sunrader) across country [for the purpose of getting it to its renovation build site] would speed of travel or cross winds or anything else likely be an issue **solely in relation to there not being interior walls or anything else to offer weight or ancillary support/stability**?

Or would one almost necessarily need to add internal bracing and weight?

Thank you, so much, for any advice you may wish to offer.

I'd be concerned about it being weak. Often internal components (cabinets, etc) are structural.

I would most definitely, there’s a lot of swaying, especially when trucks pass you buy. Nothing too crazy, some 1x1 srips.
