Reviews not carrying over to other devices when I sync?

So I have this annoying problem recently. I have my anki at 300 reviews per day on PC and lets say i do 100 reviews and have 200 left. When I sync my devices, my cell phone will stay at 300 reviews. However, the cards I did on PC do not reset on the cell phone; they stay reviewed so to speak.
