VOTE: Roto or H2H?

Should the method of competition in the league be Roto or H2H (points)? Here is a link describing the pros/cons of each. Roto does not really support a "playoff" scenario, so there's that to keep in mind (which means that everyone plays the full real season, as opposed to being eliminated when our "playoffs" start in September).
