VOTE: League Entry Fee and Location

Sorry guys, but this league is definitely going to cost at least a small amount of money. Setting up a league this big/complicated just can't be free. If this is a dealbreaker for anyone and you want out of the league (or want out for any reason), feel free to let me know.

I am almost certain we should run this on CBS Sports (feel free to suggest an alternative for voting). A "commissioner" league, which means we just basically get to set our own rules, costs $179. So that's $3 $6 a piece, and would be the minimum. Alternatively, we could make the entry a few dollars more and award a "prize" to the winners, and possibly even to the runners up. VOTE below!
