Sometimes it feels really good to throw stuff away we bought together.

Happy Endings/Sock Day

I don't know if this fits happy ending but it's the best player that I could see...

Well I was due for a new toaster oven. Apparently some of the new ones have "air fryer technology"... Or so they are calling it. I've always wanted to try air frying things so I got a cheaper little one. Now I'm excited to fry up some stuff with air!

I just now threw away the old toaster oven that we bought together after we moved into this house and it kind of felt pretty darn good. 😊

This might be as good as place as any to say that my sock day just came and went and I didn't even think about it until several weeks after. It was back in March. So that kind of feels good too. Sure I'm lonely and the company at times but don't really miss this specific person.

I hope the rest of you all are doing good.

I literally threw things out a window into the dumpster! It was fun. I don’t want to carry baggage with me into my new life physically or mentally. At first I had a tough time but now I’m excited 😜

I'm cleaning up my place right now and have always struggled with getting rid of things, especially anything with sentimental value... I think I need to try to have more fun with my de-cluttering!!

Can’t say I agree. I’m still bitter about some furniture that cost a pretty penny that we had to get rid of. I get your point though. It’s the feeling of letting go of the things that have significance to the past relationshipz

I get the pleasure of throwing out the toaster oven... but it was not cathartic for me. He destroyed furniture, got my business evicted because of drunken bullshit, giant move. From the wedding forward, it has been $100k wasted and a decade of my life, just tossed in a dumpster.
