A simple matte blue.

I used "Pure Ice" in "french kiss" with a matte coat. I was so sad to find out this brand isn't made anymore. I took a break from doing my nails because my kids were super young. I started doing them again a few weeks ago and imagine my surprise when Walmart had no pure ice 😂
