[Spoilers Extended] Some characters really underreact to supernatural things they see

EXTENDED

In the series, when Jon was ressurected it was mostly ignored by everyone, which was weird, and annoying to me as a watcher. But then I realised the books have quite a few instances like these.

The one consistent thing is dragon reactions. All the characters react to dragons like it's the weirdest shit they have ever heard of, and spend so much time thinking of how awesome and strange they are. Which is fine, dragons are cool, but I'd expect similar reactions to other occurences. Cases in point:

  1. Tyrion teleporting moment on the Rhoyne - he notices they sailed the same river section twice, but it is never mentioned later. I can excuse him because they were attacked right after and had more important things to discuss.

  2. Arya watches a man shapeshift into a skull in THoBW - no reaction. Best excuse is that she came to learn shapeshifting, so she was not very surprised

  3. Fire ressurections, especially LSH. People should be running for their lives from the creepy vengeful zombie, not appoint it as their leader.

  4. THE TALKING WEIRWOOD DOOR - at the nightfort, Bran, Sam and the rest find a talking door. This is crazy. I have no excuses for this. Why do they never think about this after?

Is there an explanation for this nonchalant attitude towards supernatural events? Are there more occurences like these?

Edit: Some people say that in this world people know magic existed/exists in the far east, so they are willing to accept magical things.

But imagine if you saw a velociraptor or a tiger walking the street. You know dinosaurs existed, you know tigers live in India, would you just go on your day and not wander wtf did you just see?
