Tripples can inherit reborn?

Question

Hi, I'm in no way a battlegrounds expert and I can't find the answer anywhere so maybe someone knows the answer here, but are triples supposed to be able to inherit reborn?

I played Lich King and it was my understanding it should disappear after combat was over, but after I tripled a minion that I placed reborn on before it became golden, which I assumed was a mistake and would have removed the buff, but it got reborn permanently.

This resulted in me creating a built that gave the whole board 16.16 4 times a match so it seemed pretty broken and I was wondering if I broke the game.

That's 100% a bug, the lich king's hp is only supposed to be there until the end of next combat.

Might be a bug for sure, but might have to look into that! Were you able to have two reborn minions that shouldn't be?

Yeh, the macaw had it permanently and I forgot the name of the squid creature that gives you +4.4 when it dies when golden, but I HPed him. Together with a normal rivendare I buffed up the whole board in no time.

Edit: Spawn of N'zoth was the name.

Reborn from lich king are for the next game only. Tripling does not alter this you still have to then hp the golden minion each turn...

I think you need to re-read what I said. I put reborn on the macaw BEFORE it was golden. When it BECAME golden it kept the reborn buff without me having to recast it on him, allowing me to put it on another minion while keeping reborn on the macaw.

I know that's what you said. It's not normal, is what I said.

It's not just because macaw triggers the death rattle twice is it? Rather than being reborn? Otherwise it's not possible in theory...

No, not at all. It had the reborn buff and came back which allowed it to trigger the deathrattle 4 times plus 4 more due to the rivendare.
