make the clouds go higher... or...

“The clouds in minecraft hang quite low and don’t look all that good, so I’m suggesting making the clouds go higher up” is what I would’ve said if that idea wasn’t all too bad (which it isn’t too bad). But my suggestion is to give clouds different layers,weather conditions and types, it’ll mean:

• clouds can generate at different altitudes

• clouds can be more defined with clouds extending to different layers and having parts that bridge off onto other layers

• clouds could have different shapes for different days

• at a certain point you could go above the clouds and it would be like up (where there’s big ole spires of clouds and the sun glows vividly)

overall I think it would be an amazing idea to give clouds an overhaul, maybe even texture-wise too but I haven’t thought that far.
