What am I missing here? Haven't used calcy in a while, but never had this issue. Everything is wrong, the level, cp, iv%.. When I appraise it in pogo, calcy will correct the IV, but the level is still wrong. I've gone through the settings over and over again, but can't find what I'm missing.
I'd say all you can do is reset your scan configuration. When it reads only level 50, it generally means calcy reads the white colour of the "box" with all your pokemon info in it instead of the white colour of the arc
