Time jumping around between saves?

Issue started a couple days ago, basically every time I save the game and exit, when I go to play later it’s a completely different day/time in-game. It went from Thursday evening to Monday 9am, I played until it was Monday evening Sim-time, saved exited etc, and now it’s suddenly Thursday morning 9am.

Any ideas? I did recently download MCCC after never playing with mods before, but the “time” in the game seemed to be working just fine before then. I’m now nervous to close out my game because it keeps loading in at random days and times and I have events planned that I don’t want to skip.
