Final Mix Advice

So im approaching a final mixdown of a track...got everything EQ'd nice, compressed, etc...everythings where it needs to be.

The question: The track is pretty kick driven. Im setting the kick at -6 db. All other tracks bow down to the kick.

Now...Where should I have my master output set? Should it be at the default (0db)? Or should I hold it back and bring it down for more headroom?
