[Troubleshooting] Wont turn on! Noob city here.

I put everything together and double checked all the plugs and go for the big moment of truth (not plugged into a monitor or anything, just looking for fan/mobo activation) and nothing!...The next day I went to this local computer store that helps you fix it for free, it also tests parts. There, I found out i got a burnt mobo from the factory. "it wasnt my fault, yay"...finally get a replacement mobo yesterday and plugged it all up. Same damn thing, no sound, lights, nothing... any suggestions to whats going on? I spent a lot on this build and dont want it to be all for nothing. (also, its not the power or ram, that was tested there) Thanks Guys...first timer, feedback please!
