Anyone else?

Since the release of the latest patch I've been having some weird bugs, mostly to do with suicide or bad luck. I was just wondering if anyone else has encountered these problems (sorry if there is already a post, I'm too lazy to check).

• Death vaults, Jumping over an obstacle causes suicide.
• Spontaneous chopper explosions, Try to go lower in a chopper and it explodes (If I have a gunner then I get a team-kill as well....).
• Spawn freezes, Waiting for counter at start of game to reach 0, when it does you're stuck on the spot.

These aren't one off issues either I have had each of the aforementioned issues happen multiple times. Is it happening for everyone or should I invest in a new Ps3?
