[Troubleshooting] 2 questions regarding the H60

1 I cant figure out which direction the fan should point. The Corsair video on Youtube showed it with the sticker pointing in towards the CPU but I've seen other set ups where its facing outwards.

2 There's 2 sets of screws that come with it, one for socket 2011 and the other set is for everything else. One set has 2 long threads on each side, the other set has 1 long thread and one short. Are the screws with the 2 long threads for 1155?
