Question about Skyrim for Xbox 360

Hey guys so I purchased the game like 2 weeks ago and the disc was entirely damaged so I had to return it. Now I'm playing and it constantly freezes after maybe 5 hours of game. Is there any way to avoid/get past this?

It only happens with this game. I already tried with some others and also to watch DVD's and listen to music in case it would be the console.
