Do you have 2 seconds to help a student out?

Hello! I am a masters student from Lund University, studying Sustainable Urban Design. I have recently been selected as a finalist in a Malmo Urban Design competition. If you have the time please take a look at my proposal and if you like it please vote for me!

The project is about the reclaimation of 1960's housing project that has since faced economic and social problems. Submissions were asked to propose new and creative solutions to the areas prevailing issues.

From my page:

"Rosengard, Constructed In The 1960s During the million programme was once envisioned as the future of urban life. It is now 2011 and the neighborhood is in need of a new direction. Tornrosen: deconstructed provides an alternative to the highrise apartment lifestyle That the neighbourhood has embraced for so long.

The aim of my proposal is to subtract some of the aging apartment blocks and infill the open courtyard. The goal is to restore the natural processes of a healthy urban area. The new space would provide fantastic opportunities for the younger generation of Malmo to inhabit new apartments, houses or business locations. At the Sametime Providing a much needed injection of energy and activity to a stagnating neighborhood.
