Velocity question

If I had the horizontal velocity and the angle I could work out the initial velocity in the vertical velocity through the use of horizontal velocity x sin(Angle). If I had the Vertical initial velocity and not the Horizontal, but I still had the angle in the Horizontal, how would I work out U in the horizontal from the U in the vertical and the angle in the Horizontal.
