Can someone please do us a favor and make a telescope-buying guide?

I know I wouldn't be the only one to upvote to keep it at the top of this sub. I'm getting really sick of:

"I have x amount of money and want a telescope. Let me take up front page space instead of searching."

I'm even fine with this guy editing his post to cover everything.

Telescope Guide

Edit: Looks like one exists. I'll be less of a dick because I didn't notice it either. But it's over there ---> in the sidebar.
