How do you bind your keys?

I came from DotA 1, and I found that the ability to rebind your keys to be amazingly convenient, and improved my gameplay overall. I can now activate my items with ease, but my most favorite thing is that you can now bind the toggling of autocast spells (such as drow's continuously shooting frost arrows or puck's dodge on immediate contact with damage), as opposed to right clicking the spell icon. I binded the autocast abilities to my mouse 4 button, so I can alternate between drow's frost arrows and satanic's lifesteal with the flick of my finger.

Here are my keyboard bindings.

  • For my abilities, I use the standard QWER.

  • For leveling up abilities, I use T. To upgrade stats, I use U (I think this is default).

  • For attack, stop, and hold position, I use the standard A, S, and H.

  • For items, I use Z, X, C, and V. There has never been a time where I needed more.

  • Semicolon ";" for sticky buy. I use this to buy a TP scroll quickly.

  • Mouse 4 button (which not all mice have) to toggle the autocast/orb effect abilities.

  • Spacebar for voice chat.

  • Caps lock is for checking the scoreboard, it works like the TF2 or CS scoreboard, you hold it and it shows up. I would use tab, but I don't want it interfering when I use tab to shuffle through units when I'm controlling many of them as Chen or Meepo.

The funny thing is, even after rebinding, I can still remember most of the legacy keys at the top of my head. Anyways, how do you guys bind your keys?
