Why are my leaves drooping? Please Help!

I am a first time grower and I was just wandering why my plants leaves are drooping? I came home today at noon and it was fine, now it is drooping more than I've ever seen. I feel like it has some what drooped for the entire grow so far but this is the worst. http://imgur.com/EGCG5. I watered this morning and by night the soil was very dry. No nutes have been introduced yet. Any advice? Thanks! EDIT: I have roughly 150 watts Daylight CFL in my grow cabinet and only about 50 watts directly under my plant about 2 inches from it.
