my first lucid dream

Last night I had my first lucid dream. I did not mean to but it happened. When it happened I was in the back of a bus, and suddenly knew it was not a dream, so i went and because I was bored i did a standard skyrim dual casting energy ball charge and right before i threw the ball and destroyed reality I woke up. For some reason I sat up and continued with the casting action. How can i make the dream last longer? How do i make it happen indefinitely?
