How to view comment's up and down votes individually

When I have viewed some people's screenshots of reddit, they can see someone's comments up and down votes looking like ( 22 | 2 ) for 22 up and 2 down. I only see something like this: Dietstache 297 points 1 hour ago* . So I guess I'm looking to turn on the function to see both up and down votes?

Thanks!
