Any guys have pain from pulling back foreskin during sex?

Whenever I try to have sex without lube, and she's tight, my foreskin gets pulled back and causes a lot of discomfort. Not only is it the foreskin itself, but the ultra sensitivity of the exposed head that really does not make the experience enjoyable. Ive done some reading on stretching techiques, but does anyone have any experience or tips? Thanks
