Looking for a training manual.

Hey, I was just put into a managers position with a task of coming up with a training manual for the host, bus person, and server position. Only ones I could find online are samples and the full ones cost money. Which also to note I have no budget to spend money on. I just need a rough manual which I can work with and change, I would rather not come up with it all at the top of my head. Thanks in advance for any help or info to redirect me.
