Swollen penis after plucking hairs + plaster casting

Two days ago I wanted to make my gf a plaster cast of my penis. I shaved off and plucked most of my pubes. I used alginate to make the mold of my penis. I have also been mastabating about 2-3 times a day for the last week (due to the holiday season, usually only once a day).

My penis is now a bit swollen and hurts. The swelling is more to the left and just along the shaft. Nothing is noticeable from the skin, its just under.

Any advice? Was it the plucking, alginate or my activity?
