[Help] What is the best monitor for $175?

I'm planning on buying a monitor and wireless keyboard to use in place of my laptop. I'm willing to spend up to $175 on this. I have this monitor in mind, but found this when my budget was lower. Is there anything else that's better at a higher price but is actually worth spending the extra cash? That's a pretty good deal on a decent monitor. I'm a college student and will be using it for gaming, video editing, movies, and writing papers!
