Looking for online group - Mid-Level Experience

I already have a group I play bi-weekly with on Saturday afternoons [PST], but I'm looking to join another group. I'm most familiar with the Heroes System, but also have dabbled in D&D 4e and 3.5e. I'm willing to learn other systems!

A couple things of note:

• I'm in my 20's, have a full time job, but no wife or kids to interrupt gaming.

• Playing in character is important. If my character is unintelligent, I will play him as such. Having flaws and actually playing with them are important towards creating a good story!

• Actually having times to play rather than e-mailing what you wish to do is important to me. Every time I've played in such a way, people lose interest and it falls apart.

• I'm flexible - Skype, Obsidian Portal, or any other tools used are no problem (I don't mind in chipping in a few bucks for a program)

• Any weekday after 3:00 PM works, though I have to be finished by 10:00.
