Who are Get Games?

I'm getting back in to PC gaming, I just have an off the shelf laptop but can run some things.

Downloaded Steam and I've found Get Games also, Deus Ex HR is only £8.99 so I'm tempted.

Can anyone advise on what they're like etc.? Ease of use and what not.
