Need help with CPU upgrade (Socket type/size)

Hey folks.

I have a AMD Sempron M120 in my laptop right now, and I picked up a AMD Athlon 64 X2 TK-55 for cheap. I'm wondering if the socket sizes will match up on the motherboard.

I've done some research and from what I found, it should switch right over.

What do you guys think?
