[PS3] trophy bug?

Anyone else not get trophies for things they have already accomplished? Is there any way to fix this? I didn't get a trophy for the Companions questline even though I completed it, and also a few quests in the Civil War questline. These are the only things holding me back from the platinum trophy, kind of pisses me off a bit.
