Have any Metro Detroiters here used Mobibo?

It's not exactly online- it's a smartphone app that pays you $0.25 when you drive by a company that has partnered with them to show you ads.

Since it needs to know where you are, it keeps your GPS on, which makes it pretty obnoxious to leave running for long periods of time because it kills your battery. Has anyone else here used it? Where should I bother to turn it on?

For reference I made $2.00 the other day driving east on I-94 from Detroit to Clinton Township.
