Ad affiliate network for technical documentation site?

Can someone recommend me an affiliate network for my new site? It's a wiki filled with technical documentation for a text editor that was recently released.

Ideally I'd like ads that aren't distracting or irritating. It will be a reference for software development, so I'd like it to target stuff related to programming or programmers if possible.

Can someone recommend me someone or some place to start looking? I've been thinking about going with Google AdSense for now but I'm curious if there is something better.

This is my first ad-supported site so any advice is welcome.
