what would happen if the behavior of Quantum Dynamics was visible on a macro scale?

So I was reading my new Christmas gift: The grand design by Stephen Hawking and it is clear that tiny objects act totally different compared to the every day and I was wondering if anyone has an insightful example of large scale quantum dynamics?
