r/Android, is there any way to have a smooth slide homescreen?

What I mean is , is it possible to have a homescreen which doesnt lock into each screen, more, its one long homescreen. Much like the way the app drawer scrolls when in vertical for some phones.

Sorry if this makes no sense.
