I am sure I am missing quite a few of them.

Martin saved our economy by lowering the increase of Health care transfers to the province. Harper is privatizing health care by lowering transfer increases to the provinces.

Martin increased EI taxes(without parliament consent) to balance the budget. Harper raised them to screw over the workers.

Chretien cut the corporate tax rate 5% to help businesses keep in business. Harper cut the corporate tax rate 6% to line his own pockets.

Chretien/Martin did nothing about Kyoto because they love the environment. Harper did nothing because he belongs to big oil.

Chretien/Martin made oil subsidies to help the workforce. Harper left the program in place because he belongs to big oil.

Chretien introduced a wage freeze on the public sector to balance the budget. Harper forced a 1.5% increase each year to bust unions.
