Trade Offered to me: Scola + Duncan for Wes Matthews + Okafor

I wanted advice on a trade offered to me. The other team is offering me Scola and Duncan. He wants Matthews and Okafor from me. Is this a good trade for me?

I am leaning towards doing it. I want to get rid of Okafor's bad ft%. Also, TD and Scola get good big-man stats like boards and fg%. I have two concerns though....

1. TD's age/health.
2. Wes Matthews. Obviously if I do this trade, I give up a lot of threes. However, I feel like he will have less playing time than last year, since Portland has so many guards. So I am not sure....

What are your thoughts?

EDIT: other info....rotisserie league; my current team is Rondo, Nash, Matthews, Afflalo, Granger, Deng, Diaw, Beasely, Garnett, R.Lopez, D.Howard,
