Step 1: Dissect Ryan's voting record

the first thing we need to do is crowd-source the gathering of a voting record and a record of which bills he has supported. we need section/paragraph numbers we can reference. I am sure there are plenty of bills that his constituents didn't want him to vote for (or against). this will be our tool for dismantling his base.

does anyone know of a good method for crowd-sourcing this stuff? it seems like we need a shared google doc or wiki where everyone can contribute.
